Shelley Raaths

Shelley Raaths is the VP of Human Resources for Sonic Foundry, her motivation for HR comes from her desire to marry the needs of the business to the passions of its team members. For the past 18 years Shelley’s focus has been working for a technology company whose main purpose was bringing video into the forefront of higher education to ensure the reach was expanded and the learning was amplified.
In addition to her professional career Shelley has volunteered with many local community organizations and youth programs. From local food pantries to establishing a local youth tennis program, Shelley has found great joy in partnering with people to achieve results that benefit many. Wish for Wheels provides a great opportunity to continue that work.
Shelley splits her time between Wisconsin and Arizona and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, hiking, cycling, gardening and baking.
