Watch your students
light up as they pedal off into a brighter future.
The world opens up to children when they have a set of wheels… and together we’re going to give a bike to every 2nd-grader in a Title I program.
We understand how incredibly important and challenging your job is as an educator in a Title I district. Every single day that you go to work, you’re impacting a child’s life. And your biggest concern at the beginning and end of every day is the welfare of your kids both in and out of the building.
We also understand how much kids love riding on their bikes and what an impact the freedom of those bikes can make on their lives.
What if we told you that we could build enough bikes and provide helmets for an entire 2nd grade class so they could hit the road and start exploring without adding to your budget?
Building bikes for 2nd-graders is our passion.
We believe that every single child deserves the autonomy to ride and learn how to just be a kid. That’s why we love partnering with Title I schools across the country. Together, we get to make an impact that goes far beyond the 2nd grade.
Wish for Wheels partners with corporations seeking philanthropic team building events to build brand new bikes for under-resourced 2nd graders in their local community. Together, we equip every child in a 2nd grade class with a new bike and helmet so they can get ready to ride.
Once your school agrees to partner with Wish for Wheels, you’ll be added to the list of schools seeking a corporate team building partner and paired up with an organization in your area. After we’ve paired a school with a partner, we set a date and get building.
And the best part? We can build either onsite at your school or offsite at another location and then deliver the bikes right to your doorstep. We’ve facilitated hundreds of successful builds before and the best part of every single one?
Every child’s smiling face.
