Team Building with Purpose
Boost employee engagement while making a difference for children in your community with a fun philanthropic team building experience!
Turn teamwork into something that lasts.
Team building should be more than awkward ice breakers and stale scavenger hunts. Your employees want to feel connected, inspired, and part of something beyond the walls of your office. And that’s exactly what our Team Build & Give events create.
They:
✅ Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and creative problem-solving
✅ Improve communication and strengthen relationships
✅ Create a lasting impact on both your local community and your team
Imagine the energy in the room as your team works together, piece by piece, to build something tangible: a bicycle for a local 2nd grader. Then, after the final bolts are tightened, your team gets to hand-deliver the bikes, seeing firsthand the moment a child’s face lights up. With wide eyes, uncontainable excitement, and that first wobbly grip on the handlebars, it’s a moment of pure joy that stays with them, and with you, long after the event ends.
Our team handles everything behind the scenes—coordinating with schools, organizing the build, and making sure the moment of giving is as seamless as it is meaningful. All your team needs to do is show up, work together, and experience the incredible joy of seeing a child ride away on their very first bike.
Ready to ride? Let’s build connection, purpose, and moments that matter.

Wish for Wheels’ Team Build & Give Program is the ultimate philanthropic team building experience…
… and there’s nothing else out there quite like it.
By giving a child a bike and helmet, you’re opening their world up to so many adventures and giving them the chance to gain confidence, independence, mobility, improved well-being, and so much more.
Bikes are a power vehicle for community building, both for the children who receive them and the teams who Build & Give them.
Whether you’re in Hawaii, New York or somewhere in between, Wish for Wheels is available to work with your organization. Together, we’ll make your community better, one child at a time.
It’s time to ride off into a brighter future.

How it Works
Since 2004, Wish for Wheels has worked with companies across the US — from Hawaii to New York — providing bikes to under-resourced children through our Team Build & Give Program. No matter where you are, Wish for Wheels can coordinate with Title I schools in your community to help deserving 7- and 8-year olds ride off into a brighter future!
You’ll work with a Wish for Wheels team member to schedule your event
We’ll connect with local Title I schools in your area to select a partner school
Your team will build bikes while engaging in unique team building challenges
Together we’ll deliver the bikes/helmets and help the students take them for a test ride
Join us as a community partner to help us Build & Give bikes to each and every Title I 2nd grader across the USA!
