As an executive coach, she works with founders and sales leaders to develop and implement great strategies that will lead to the sales needed to take their business to the next level. She also specializes in empowering leaders to have the greatest influence while establishing the mindset that will keep them sane while scaling.

In her free time, Lauren spends time with her husband, Sam and two daughters, Dylan, and Kennedy. She also has a healthy obsession with cycling. Lauren needs to ride her bike for many reasons. She is a huge advocate for the sport and thinks every kid (and adult) should ride a bike as much as possible. Thus, making WFW the perfect organization for her to join!
