Kathleen Stubbs

A San Diego native, Kathleen permanently relocated to Colorado in 1982 after attending Northwest Colorado College and the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Kathleen joined Arrow Electronics in 1987 when they were a $500M electronic component distributor and retired 30 years later when they reached $32B, Fortune 109 ranking and considered the world’s largest electronics distributor.

During her time at Arrow, she held the roles of general manager for three branch offices and National Sales Manager. She managed the Pathways Program designed to recruit and train college students, she founded Arrow’s global Intranet team and served as the Director of Sales Administration for Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Group. She continued her career as the Sr. Director of Arrow’s Oracle practice and reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, she spent her final seven years leading over twelve domestic and international acquisition projects.

Six months of retirement informed her decision to co-found Short Putt Partners, a business management consultancy.

Currently, Kathleen is the Head of Sales for the Augustine Institute, a large Catholic non-profit that supports North America’s largest theology graduate school and provides curriculum and content to Catholic parishes and schools.

A passionate advocate for child-oriented non-profits, Kathleen was the Strategic Committee Chair and on the Board of Directors for Excelsior Youth Centers and served on the major gifts Board for the United Way for Families initiative.

A lifelong equestrian with a litany of broken bones, she is now an enthusiastic golfer and a dedicated cook.
